This week’s muffin tin was a little different than most we have done lately. It didn’t really have a clear theme, and I didn’t shop for it. We just used what we had around the house. I told Skylar since we were making a few things she loves, and I’m making them because I love her, we would use our heart shaped muffin tin. Just spreadin’ the love over here!

Top Row: Chocolate covered sunflower seeds, Koala Yummies

Middle Row: Corn, Brown rice

Bottom Row: Fish sticks, Ketchup

Now, ketchup is a new thing for Skylar.  She’s never really liked any sort of dipping sauce before, but she seems to like it with her fish sticks and her smiley fries now.  So, okay then.

  3. How very sweet! Love the Koala yummies. Never saw those before. Are they at Trader Joe’s by chance?

  4. What a yummy lunch! My daughter loooooves ketchup (or tomato sauce, as it’s called here). On one notable occasion at around 18 months old, she sat happily dipping her blueberry muffin into it -eeeeew!

Haha! okay, confession…I hate blueberries. Like hate with a capital H. The idea of blueberry muffins in ketchup is just horrifying!! Ha! Thanks for the laugh!!

  5. my kids have never tried fish sticks. I wonder if they would like them????

    • Lizz Says:

I think fish sticks are a childhood rite of passage. I’m not a fish fan, and I even like them =) You should give it a try with their favorite dipping sauce! Good Luck!
